Too much fun.

Ok, I so wish I could figure out how to put this font on this blog, but in the meantime, as I am a huge fan of sarcasm.  And since you can't express it in the written word and I don't think there is a sarcasm smiley (could be wrong), check out this web site.  I downloaded it immediately!

Sarcastic Font

Now I just have to figure out how I can make it work on here.  I am so freaking good at HTML.(see perfect place for sarcastic font!)

December Kit

OK, so this kit is too much fun and with the way life works, I am not getting nearly enough time to play with it.  The stamp making aspects of this kit create almos endless possibilities.  Watch the heat though they do have their limits.  For the reveal projects I used buttons, elastics, the plastic mesh, but for this project I used my dh's car tire.  Yep, the car tire.  I took my heat gun and penscore outside, heated it up, wiped the stones off of the tire and pressed away.  The results, Awesome!

Cool no?  I was totally thrilled with the results.  I also had fun trying to create an edgy layout using paper with lily pads on it, but voila!  You can always use the other side.  I used a photo that was blurry to start with and added some digital overlays from Cottage arts.  I actually used the same overlay twice.  Once as an overlay and the second time as a colour dodge.  I was quite happy with the results.  Lesson, even the photos you think are crummy can be used as the basis for something interesting in the digital world.
Keep Scrapping!
